Minimally Invasive Technique

Dr. Loredo performs endoscopic carpal tunnel release and endoscopic cubital tunnel release through small incisions. Trigger finger is treated with a small-incision open A1 pulley release, which allows complete division of the A1 pulley under direct visualization.
