Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release
Single micro incision release of the transverse carpal ligament. No skin sutures. Most patients return to desk work in 2 to 7 days.
Endoscopic Cubital Tunnel Release
Minimally invasive ulnar nerve decompression at the elbow. Smaller incision than transposition. Fast return to work.
Tendon Procedures
Open A1 Pulley Release (Trigger Finger Surgery)
Open A1 pulley release through a small palmar incision under local anesthesia. Direct visualization of the pulley and protection of the digital nerves. Procedure time about 10 to 15 minutes.
De Quervain's Release
First dorsal compartment release at the radial wrist. Careful identification of the superficial radial nerve. All sub-sheaths released.

Hand Fracture Fixation
Closed reduction with cast or splint, percutaneous K-wire pinning, open reduction with plates and screws, external fixation. Method matched to fracture pattern.
Microsurgery
Peripheral nerve repair, microvascular vessel repair, digit replantation, free flap reconstruction. Performed under operating microscope at 10x to 40x magnification.
